Information
Tasuke is a Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine using fresh fish, local cuisine using vegetables and miso, and Shinshu-Soba with Japanese sake and wine in a relaxed atmosphere. The main room is focused on counter where you can get a close look at chef’s cooking techniques. We also have tatami rooms and a party room. There are various cuisine that you can choose from the menu but, a seasonal course dinner is also available (pre-order is required at least 7 days prior to the date of your visit).

Tasuke is in a beautiful city, Okaya where is located in the central region of Japan by Suwa-lake, surrounded by greenery and clear air. Tasuke is conveniently located from JR Okaya station (5 min. on foot) and Okaya IC (10 min. drive) There are some reasonable hotels around Tasuke but, we also recommend you stay at hotels in Shimosuwa or Kamisuwa (7-15 min. by train) that have traditional Onsen (hot spring). To make a reservation, please use our reservation form. (When making a reservation via reservation form, please let us know the name of the hotel you are staying at if possible.
